Refunds, Returns, Exchanges

Once an order has been placed through the website or mobile app, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please be sure to report any issues with your order within 3 days of the delivery date to ensure proper resolution. 

NOTE: Please ensure your correct address shows on the Shipping information page when checking out. We are not responsible for items delivered to the wrong address and we will not be able to issue a store credit or refund.

Cancellations

You may be able to cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing an order with any concerns. We cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled if you do not contact us within a timely manner.
